By using the Website, you are agreeing to abide by and accepting to follow completely the practices and/or requirements described in these Terms of Use. ICICI Bank reserves the right to amend the said Terms of Use from time to time without any notice and/or reserve/control the entry/access to this Website. 8. Governing Law: These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms of Use shall, if brought by you, be brought in the courts of Hong Kong and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts. ICICI Bank may, in its absolute discretion, commence any legal action or proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use in any court, tribunal or any other forum in any jurisdiction that it deems fit and you hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such court, tribunal or forum.
9. Severance: If any provision in these Terms of Use is declared invalid or unenforceable or becomes so by applicable law, such provision shall to the extent of such invalidity or enforceability be deemed severable and not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of these Terms of Use. We have reasonable security measures in place to protect against the loss, mis-use and interception by third parties of the information under our control.
10. Transmission of information: ICICI Bank cannot guarantee that the transmission of information or messages sent over the Internet is completely secure as there is a possibility of interception at all times. Any transmission is at your own risk. Under no circumstances shall ICICI Bank be liable regardless of the form of action for any failure of performance, system, server or connection failure, error, omission, interruption, breach of security, computer virus, malicious code, corruption, delay in operation or transmission, transmission error or unavailability of access in connection with your accessing the Website and/or using any of the Contents/ services available therein.
