Help First Time Users

Important information for first time online banking users:

Please key in your 9 digit Customer ID. Please ensure that there are no spaces in the beginning / end or between the numbers.
Please ensure that you DO NOT copy and paste Login ID and / or Password at any stage
Kindly enter in the password field the password received from the bank.
Click on the "Login" button.
You should now be able to view the Terms and Conditions for internet banking. Kindly read these, and, if you accept, click on "Agree" at the bottom of the page to proceed further. Please DO NOT close the page at this stage without selecting one of the options.
You will be prompted to change your password to another password of your choice. Please read the instructions before changing the password. You MUST complete all steps before logging out or closing the page otherwise you may have difficulty in logging in next time.
You should be able to see your Accounts page.
